New Genuine, OEM and Reman final drives are available for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, Doosan, Hyundai and Sumitomo available with shorter lead times than many dealers worldwide. AIM Reman Final Drive Groups come fully assembled with or without travel motors upon client’s order and ready to install. Planet gears are magnaflux tested for cracks. All internal part are measured to OEM specs and restored and replaced if necessary. Hubs, cases, housings and covers are dye-checked for cracks and sandblasted and restored to OEM specifications. Splines are removed and worn surfaces are built back up using submerged arc welding or laser cladding for same as new durability. All surfaces are machined to new dimensions and testing with a mating gauge. All bearings, seals, gaskets and O-rings are replaced with genuine or OEM parts. Damaged splines, keyways, threads and other wear surfaces are restored to OEM specifications. Planetary shafts, bearing cups and bushings are centered and pressed into places. After assembly, all final drive units are 100% tested for performance and possible leakage. All units passed the test will be forwarded to painting process then packing and sealing for dispatch. Final drives are available for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, Doosan, Hyundai and Sumitomo in stocks. New genuine or OEM final drives are also available with shorter lead times than many dealers worldwide.
