OEM LEVEL REMAN STEPS

1

DISMANTLING AND PART MEASURING

All units are identified and serialized. They are then fully dismantled and inspected by qualified technicians.

INSPECTION AND ASSEMBLY REPORTS

Each internal parts are measured and compared to factory specifications. A detailed inspection is filled and saved with each job’s file.

HOUSING / CASE RESTORATION

All housing / case and covers are completely stripped from dirt, grease, paint and rust. After then applied sand blasting for surface treatment to rectify OEM norms.

CORE PARTS REMAN / REPLACEMENT

All pare are re-ground to restore the original geometry, lapped and replaced by OEM or GENUINE new ones if necessary. Then centered at OEM levels. In some cases, heat treatment is also restored.

RE-ASSEMBLY AND TESTING

All units are assembled as per the OEM’s procedures and specifications. Then they are pressurized to text maximum capacity and check for possible external leaks.

FINISH

All units are primed, sealed and painted after testing as per the OEM specs.

PACKING AND STORING

All ready units are greased then wrapped and packaged, then out in heat treated wooden crates. All parts are labeled under OEM assembly numbers / reman numbers and with serial code to trace warranty.
